Students, agents, and administrators each sign in through a separate portal. Accounts are protected by email and password authentication, and each role only sees the data it needs:

• Students see only their own profile, applications, and documents.
• Agents see only the submissions assigned to them, plus any unassigned submissions they may pick up.
• Administrators have oversight of all submissions and can manage agent and admin accounts.

Access rules are enforced server-side at the database layer, not just in the browser, so role checks cannot be bypassed by editing the client.

We collect only what is needed to evaluate and process applications:

• Contact details (name, email, phone, country).
• Academic background and program of interest.
• Application documents you choose to upload (passport copy, transcripts, certificates, photo, etc.).
• Messages exchanged with your assigned agent or admin.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use uploaded documents for advertising.

Uploaded documents are kept in a private storage bucket. They are not available through a public URL — only signed-in users with a legitimate role (the owning student, the assigned agent, or an administrator) can retrieve them, and access is checked on every request.

The site, the application portals, and document uploads are served over HTTPS. Connections between your browser and our backend are encrypted in transit by the hosting provider.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the service:

• Hosting & backend: Lovable Cloud (database, authentication, file storage, server functions).
• Email & messaging: standard transactional email for account-related notifications, plus WhatsApp/phone for direct support when you initiate the conversation.

These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service. They do not receive your data for their own marketing.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in to the portals. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this website.

We keep application records for as long as needed to support your admission, scholarship, and visa process, and afterwards for a reasonable period to handle follow-ups, re-applications, and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your account and associated documents at any time using the contact details below.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at askariconsultantschina@gmail.com from the address linked to your account. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If you believe you have found a security or privacy issue affecting this site or the application portals, please contact us privately instead of disclosing it publicly. Email askariconsultantschina@gmail.com with a description of the issue and how to reproduce it. We appreciate responsible disclosure.

We follow recognised good practices for data minimisation, role-based access, and secure storage. We do not claim a specific external certification on this page; if your institution requires documentation of our practices, please get in touch.
